    This fee covers the deeper front-end work needed to understand your history and create a personalized starting plan. Depending on your membership, onboarding may include:

    • Review of current and past psychiatric medications

    • Assessment of taper goals and symptom patterns

    • Review of metabolic health concerns

    • Lab planning

    • Initial recommendations for stabilization, nutrition, and next steps

    The onboarding fee is separate from the monthly membership.

    Intensive Restoration is the best fit if you need more direct oversight, more individualized taper planning, and closer support throughout the process.
